Return and Exchange Policy

All sales are final, for any item purchased, even if unopened and in original packaging. Although a return or refund for purchased items do not apply, an exchange may be applicable. Items are eligible to be replaced if they are defective or damaged. 

Replacements are only provided for the same item, of the same quantity or potency, of the same strain or flavor. An exchange may not be permitted if the item has been excessively used or if it appears that the damage is not the cause of a manufacturing error. 

If a replacement is needed because an item is damaged or believed to be defective, an exchange can be made at any of our locations. If the item was purchased online and an in-store exchange is not feasible due to distance, shipping is available. Only online orders are eligible for exchanges by mail. 


In Store:

After inspection, once the item is deemed defective or damaged, the defective item will be replaced. Replacements are only provided for the same item, of the same quantity or potency, of the same strain or flavor. Exchanges may not be permitted if the item has been excessively used or if it appears that the damage is not the cause of a manufacturing error. Customers must provide proof of purchase in order to complete an in-store exchange. If the item was purchased and is associated with a rewards account, the order can be located, verified, and exchanged without a receipt. If the item purchased is not associated with rewards account, a receipt is required to locate the order and complete the exchange.


By Mail:

If the item was purchased online and an in-store exchange is not feasible due to distance, you may exchange a defective product by mail. Please notify us by email: sales@mainstreamcbd.com. Please mail your item to: Mainstream Botanicals, 17677 Kenwood Trail, Lakeville, MN 55044

A notification email will be sent when the item has been received. Upon inspection, if the item is deemed defective or damaged, a replacement item will be shipped. Customers will be responsible for paying the cost of shipping. We encourage the use of a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as it is not guaranteed that we will receive the item. Shipping time of replacement items may vary based on your location.
